Kirsty Coventry
Co-Founder and Director
Olympic Champion, World Champion, African Champion. After competing at 5 Olympic Games, winning 7 Olympic medals (more than any other African) and breaking multiple world records, Kirsty is pouring her endless energy and love for Africa into helping kids have a better future by providing them with opportunities through sport. Her degree in hotel and restaurant management, membership on the world's largest sporting platform (International Olympic Commicee) and Vice President of Zimbabwe Olympic Committee, brings a unique sports vision and expertise in global event management to low income areas of Zimbabwe.
Tyrone seward
Co-Founder and Director
Global sponsorship agreements, negotiations, sports management, athlete and business development make up a small part of Tyrone's background. Having managed Kirsty's successful career for over a decade, Tyrone is a powerful creator who is passionate about sport and youth development. After a near drowning incident as a young child, Tyrone is naturally purpose-driven and easily frustrated when results are not achieved but equally driven in achieving them.
Tariro Kadzirange
Executive Assistant
Tariro has been working in the not for profit sector for over 6 years and has a Master of Science in Development Studies. She has experience fundraising, managing and implementing community based projects in Zimbabwe and Malawi.
Charity MucucuTI
Coach
Charity is a basketball and rugby sportswoman who has represented the country in various international games and has Captained both teams. She also plays in the Harare leagues for basketball and rugby and brings in a wealth of knowledge in sports training and coaching. Charity has passion for working with the girl child and empowering women.

Our volunteers live in the same areas we are active in. This is important to us because we want long term partnerships with these communities. Our volunteers are passionate about children, sport and education. They are responsible for: rolling out our programs, mentoring our kids, and being role models in the community. We also help develop our volunteers so their experience with us helps them grow and find further opportunities
